Refund Policy
How the trial, cancellation, and refunds work. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.
Free trial
AgentLife starts with a 7-day trial that gives full access without a card. If you do not subscribe, the trial simply ends and you are never charged. No payment details are collected to start it.
How billing works
If you subscribe, Paddle processes the payment as merchant of record and is the seller for your purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Every charge comes with a receipt from Paddle.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account or via the link in any Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period.
Refunds
If something went wrong — you were charged in error, could not use the service, or were double-billed — contact us and we will make it right. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in line with its buyer terms and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in Ukraine, the EU, or the UK, you may have a statutory cooling-off period for distance purchases. Because AgentLife is a digital service that begins immediately, you agree that service starts as soon as you subscribe; where the law allows, this can limit the withdrawal right once the service has begun. Your mandatory local consumer rights are not affected.
How to request a refund
Email hello@agentlifeapp.com from the address on your account, or reply to the Paddle receipt for the charge. Include the receipt number if you have it. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, please contact us first — it is almost always faster than a chargeback. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
