Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AgentLife: the browser extension, the website, and the services behind them. By creating an account or installing the extension, you agree to them.
Acceptance
AgentLife is operated by Vladislav Demianiuk, an individual based in Ukraine. By using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
AgentLife provides an AI agent that lives in your browser: it converses, understands your browsing context, remembers you, and performs a small set of real actions you ask for. Features may change as the product evolves.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use AgentLife. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. One account is for one person; do not share access.
Subscription and billing
The trial gives full access for 7 days without a card. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle is the seller for your purchase and its terms also apply at checkout. Current prices, limits, and the active plan are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Paddle in line with its buyer terms and applicable law. If you are an EU/UK consumer, statutory withdrawal rights may apply. To request a refund, contact hello@agentlifeapp.com or use the receipt Paddle sent you.
Fair use
Plans include generous usage limits designed for normal personal use. We may throttle or refuse traffic that is abusive, automated, or that harms the service or other users.
Acceptable use
- Do not use AgentLife for illegal activity or to harm others.
- Do not attempt to extract, resell, or redistribute the underlying models or data.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not use the service to generate content that violates the law.
AI output
The agent's replies are generated by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you act on what the agent says.
Intellectual property
The AgentLife name, brand, character, software, and website are owned by the operator and protected by law. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, for abuse, or where required by law, with notice where reasonable.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
